  • Stacy Hein, Studio Director, Yoga and Mindfulness Educator, YACEP, Reiki Master/Teacher

    Stacy is trained in the traditional Ashtanga/Vinyasa yoga tradition by Erica McHugh of Emmaus Yoga. Her continuing studies have included intensives with renowned teachers such as David Williams, David Swenson, David Garrigues, and Seane Corn.

    Stacy is the founder and original owner of Tribe Yoga in Fogelsville, PA, where she developed and taught multiple yoga and mindfulness/meditation teacher trainings.

    A daily practitioner and lifelong student herself, her goal with each offering is to create a safe space and a successful experience for everyone in the room. She believes in meeting every student exactly where they are. With additional advanced trainings in Yin yoga and Kundalini, she brings a broad range of tools to the mat. Stacy's teaching and training style is a union of her passion for the discipline, rhythm and magic of yoga and her love of the art of communication. 

  • Angie Fenstermaker, Certified Yoga Instructor, Creator of the Yoga Tone® Concept, Exercise Specialist, Certified Nutritionist

    Angie began her career in the fitness industry as an Exercise Specialist and Personal Trainer under the National Academy of Sports Medicine. She later earned her Nutrition Degree realizing the importance of optimizing exercise and nutrition for maximum health and physique results. After a decade of weight training, group fitness classes, and high intensity workouts, the study of yoga rounded out her fitness passion, creating the perfect balance of nutrition, resistance training and yoga. It is from this balance that the Yoga Tone® concept was born.

    Angie is an award-winning Nutritionist and wellness professional well-versed in a holistic approach to mind, body and spirit.

    ​She brings to her students a unique experience in strengthening the mind and muscles. The blend of yoga, group fitness, resistance training and nutrition has provided her with new tools to face the lessons in life, and enthusiasm to explore the unknown. Angie finds great satisfaction in seeing others achieve their goals whether it’s enhancing mindfulness, unraveling habits, strengthening the body for specific results, or just becoming a healthier, fitter version of yourself.

  • Tori DePaulo, Yoga Instructor, Teacher Trainer, E-RYT 500

    Connection, creativity, and community guide Tori's life and teaching. Yoga offers the perfect mingling of these three tenets.

    Passionate about Ashtanga Yoga and eight-limbed living, Tori seeks to create a community of people who connect to their bodies and realize their true nature.

    Tori has been practicing yoga since her youth but later discovered Ashtanga Yoga through Stacy Hein at Tribe Yoga in 2017. Since then, she took a deep dive into yoga and mindfulness by completing her 200-hour training through Tribe, a 300-hour training program through YFI, and meditation training with Yogi Bryan.

    Tori continues to study with esteemed Ashtanga teachers, such as David Swenson and David Garrigues, and keeps up her daily practice for her self-study. Tori's class converges tradition, philosophy, and humor for an upbeat and energetic experience. 

  • Karen Hartigan, Weight Training Instructor

    Karen joins the Bambu Yoga Center as a certified strength training instructor. Karen graduated from West Chester State College with a degree in Health & Physical Education, and became an NATA Certified Athletic Trainer. Karen has worked in varying scopes of practice including physical therapy clinics, high school and college sports, professional sports teams, as well as in the entertainment industry in the New York/New Jersey area. As a Sports Medicine specialist, Karen’s expertise includes a thorough understanding of anatomy, kinesiology, injury rehabilitation and fitness training.

    Karen has recently retired and returned to her roots in the Lehigh Valley. Her interests include gardening, interior design, off-roading and most recently raising a menagerie of animals - dogs, cats, chickens, ducks, and geese on her farm.

  • Sharyn Duffy, Fitness/Yoga Tone® Instructor

    Sharyn is a certified Yoga Tone® instructor. Since her retirement, she has found a new purpose in being part of the Yoga Tone community. She enjoys teaching on weekends since every day is the same to her.

    Outside of yoga, Sharyn likes paddle boarding, hiking, pickle ball and most of all camping.

  • Casandra Kemmler, Fitness/Yoga Tone® & Stretch Instructor

    Casandra is a certified Yoga Tone® instructor with 30 years of resistance training experience. She’s also a certified stretch coach.

    Casandra is a licensed massage therapist for over 18 years with multiple certifications and a deep understanding of anatomy and physiology.

    Her favorite quote is from Thomas Jefferson. “If you want something  you never had you must be willing to do something you have never done.”

  • Carrie Morgan, Yoga Instructor

    Carrie has been teaching yoga for more than 20 years, guiding students through intelligent, alignment-based vinyasa classes that are strong, creative, and deeply connected to the breath. Known for her intuitive sequencing and playful athleticism, she creates classes that build strength, body awareness, and confidence while helping students discover new possibilities in their practice.

    Carrie has a gift for seeing what each student needs. With a trained eye for alignment, thoughtful verbal cues, and skillful hands-on assists, she helps students refine their practice in ways that feel both supportive and empowering. Her deep understanding of anatomy allows her to meet students where they are while guiding them toward greater strength, mobility, and ease.

  • Brittney O'Connor, Yoga Instructor, RYT-500

    Brittney is an RYT-500 yoga instructor and has been practicing and teaching a variety of yoga classes such as Vinyasa, Hatha, Gentle, Yin, and Restorative.

    Vinyasa classes and creative sequences are her personal favorite and she strongly values learning from her students. If you don’t see her on the mat, you might find her on a local trail foraging plants and mushrooms. Every class begins with her checking in and building a class that suits the group.

  • Angela Sorrentino, Yoga Instructor, Reiki Master

    Angela obtained her 200 hour teacher training certification in the Ashtanga Vinyasa lineage in 2020 at Tribe Yoga with Stacy Hein, as well as additional certifications in Kundalini and Yin yoga.

    Angela also received her Reiki Master certification through the Usui system of Reiki healing.

    Outside of yoga, Angela enjoys reading and international solo travel. Join Angela on the mat for a practice that is grounded, accessible to all levels, and guided by humor and kindness.

  • Karen Paisley, Yoga Instructor

    Karen is an intuitive energy healer, an Usui Reiki Master, a mindfulness instructor, and a 200-hour certified yoga instructor. ​

    Join Karen for her Flow & Restore Yoga which combines various styles of yoga, blending gentle movement with more meditative and restful poses. Her unique class combination helps to ease physical tension, builds strength and flexibility, and releases stress while promoting a profound sense of peace and tranquility.

  • Sara Lakatosh, Fitness Instructor

    As a former teacher and gym owner, Sara has always been passionate about helping others grow stronger- both physically and mentally. Staying active and spending quality time with her family are at the center of her life, and she’s excited to return to teaching fitness classes and empowering others through movement.

    Sara’s classes focus on building a strong core by combining multiple movements with low weights and high repetitions. Through dynamic circuits, you’ll continuously engage your core while toning and strengthening your entire body. Sara’s goal is to create workouts that challenge you, build confidence, and leave you feeling stronger from the inside out.

    Natalie is a dedicated Yoga Tone Studios participant, embracing fitness and wellness as an integral part of her daily life. Her passion for fitness and uplifting energy make her an exceptional instructor.

  • Shelby Brown, Yoga Instructor

    Shelby is a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT-200) and has been practicing yoga since 2014. While yoga had long been part of her life, it wasn’t until she discovered Ashtanga in 2023 that her practice truly deepened — she was hooked from her very first class. Seeking greater presence and contentment in a fast-paced world, Shelby completed her 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training in 2024 with her teacher and mentor Tori DePaulo, E-RYT® 500, YACEP®, at Tribe Yoga Center. Shelby is trained in the Ashtanga lineage and aspires to teach and practice under the Ashtanga tradition for years to come.

    Outside of yoga, Shelby is an Occupational Therapist who loves traveling, reading, hiking, exploring new restaurants, and relaxing at home with her cats.

  • Ashley Andrews, INHC, Yoga Educator, Fitness Instructor

    Ashley is an Integrative Nutrition & Holistic Health Coach, Yoga Instructor and Reiki Practitioner based in The Lehigh Valley. She began practicing Vinyasa when she was 14 years old and realized, “yoga is as much for the mind and soul as it is the body.”

    After finishing grad school in 2018, Ashley traveled to Goa, India, where she lived and earned her first 500 hours of Yoga Teacher Training in the styles of Ashtanga, Vinyasa, Hatha and Yin.  In 2019, she became the Mind & Body Coordinator of a Health & Wellness Center in Allentown, PA, received her Reiki L1 Certification and graduated from The Integrative School of Nutrition in New York, New York (2020).

  • Shelby Lawson, Yoga Instructor

    As a creative clothing designer and former healthcare professional, Shelby harmonizes mind, body, and spirit, transforming breath into art and movement into poetry. Certified in both yoga and fitness, Shelby integrates breath, strength, and movement to promote increased longevity.

  • Jackie Driesbach, Yoga Tone® & Zumba Instructor

    Jackie’s fitness journey began in 2011 when she found Zumba Fitness, which reignited her passion for dance. She soon became a Zumba Fitness instructor in 2013 and obtained her group fitness certification through AFAA in 2014. She also became certified in Strong Nation, a HIIT class with a strong martial arts component launched through Zumba Fitness.

    More recently, Jackie fell in love with Yoga Tone® and became certified in February 2025 in our first-ever teacher training program. She delivers quality instruction in strength & mobility, and resistance training.

  • Nina Fenstermaker, Yoga Tone® Instructor

    Nina is a certified Yoga Tone® instructor. She brings a dynamic combination of fitness, yoga, and balance (body and life) to her classes.

    She has a passion for living well through incorporating different areas of wellness ranging from yoga flow, resistance training, group fitness classes, and everyday movement with her active family.

    Nina values the importance of strengthening the mind and body and she finds great satisfaction in seeing others achieve their goals.
