  • Mindfulness: Finding the Flow in Daily Living

    What is mindfulness?

Mindfulness is the practice of intentionally paying attention to the present moment with openness, curiosity, and without judgment. Rather than dwelling on the past or worrying about the future, mindfulness helps us become fully engaged in the life we are living right now.

In this interactive class, you'll discover how mindfulness can be woven into everyday activities such as walking, eating, cooking, driving, or simply taking a breath. You'll learn practical techniques to reduce stress, improve focus, cultivate calm, and find greater enjoyment in your daily routines.

    Together, we will explore:

    • What mindfulness is and how it differs from meditation

    • How mindfulness supports physical, emotional, and mental well-being

    • Simple ways to practice mindfulness during everyday activities

    • Easy techniques you can begin using immediately to bring more balance, resilience, and peace into your life

Whether you're new to mindfulness or looking to deepen your practice, this class offers practical tools to help you navigate daily life with greater awareness and ease.
