welcome to the heart of bambu yoga studio
At bambu, we believe yoga is more than a practice — it’s a way of living with intention, compassion, and connection. Our 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training is an immersive, lineage-rooted program designed for serious students who feel called to deepen their practice and share yoga from a place of authenticity and service.
Rooted in the Ashtanga tradition, this training honors the structure and wisdom of the Primary Series while embracing the softness, inclusivity, and community-centered values that define bambu.
