Mindfulness/Meditation Teacher Training (MTT)

Awaken presence. Cultivate compassion. Regulate your life.

And then - share the practice.

with Stacy Hein, E-RYT 200, YACEP, Integrative Health Coach

In a time marked by distraction, disconnection, and overwhelm, the study and practice of mindfulness offers a radical path to presence, peace, and purpose. Learning to live with awareness and intention is a quiet revolution in a loud world.

This training honors the depth of the practice’s origins while equipping you to share it in ways that resonate with today’s seekers—whether in yoga studios, wellness centers, classrooms, or boardrooms. By the end of the course, you’ll not only embody the practice—you’ll be ready to share it with clarity, compassion, and confidence.

This immersive 45-hour teacher training is designed for those who feel called to guide others in the transformative practices of mindfulness and meditation - OR who wish to use the information for their own personal study. The course is a focused study of the practice of mindfulness and how it applies to your own experience. It is, in essence, a study of you.

Rooted in the ancient wisdom of Buddhism and adapted for the complexities of modern life, this course offers a rich blend of philosophy, practice, and teaching methodology.
